Reflections

Members were asked to reflect on our Enquiry into Theories of Learning and respond to a brief survey - they were asked to provide quantitate perception data and comments.

Other Considerations/ comments:

The development of a wiki has made us respond , even if we are still in early stages. Maintaining the interest in it is going to be the next step.
The most interesting learning is being able to work (for a particular purpose) with different people and in a smaller group.

I think the enquiry teams have/had the potential to be highly productive.
Some of the challenges included:

• Long re-cap of previous meetings/gatherings
• Uncertainty about what we were doing, how to proceed, role, responsibilities
• Consistency of participants

I like the idea of people getting together like this to explore, share and discuss. I would like to see this approach repeated in the future but perhaps structured differently e.g. have the discussion days closer together.
